They were purchased from an old embroidery shop that had been in business since the 1940's (or even earlier.). hey've been safely stored in a smoke free home for the last 50 years,and are now old enough to sell. Size of each approx. 4" x 3 3/4" wide. As you can see by the way they are dressed, right out of the 1950's for sure! The yellow/golden background is still very bright, and looks great with the navy blue.Sold as a pair of course. According to a little history checking, the W.B.A. didn't start 'till 1960. So that easily dates these to before that date!
