Keurig K155 Office Pro Commercial K-Cup Coffee Maker - Silver The manual reservoir it comes with is brand new. There is one of two things wrong with it: 1.) The heating element is not working. 2.) The pump that feeds the water from the reservoir into the cold side coils is not working. The problem is that when the Keurig turns on, it stays in the “Heating..” screen and it doesn’t appear to pump any water - or, it cannot bring the water to temperature. It proceeds to a “Fill Reservoir” error and even if you abide by it, the process I described repeats.
